 The EMBA-MOT curriculum is designed to develop individuals who are capable of leading organizations in technologically intensive and rapidly changing global environments. The program blends core business knowledge, a strategic management of technology emphasis, innovation, leadership and change management skills, and a thorough understanding of the product life cycle. This content is delivered in an active learning, discussion oriented classroom environment that includes many "hands-on" collaborative projects. Program participants have the maximum opportunity to immediately apply their new knowledge in their jobs as they progress through the curriculum. This course examines key emerging technologies, their development patterns, and the associated impact on industries, industrial competitiveness, and society.

Management of Technology Project II

Requires participants to develop and present a proposal for a technology-based team venture project.

Requires participants to complete their MOT venture project, submit the written report, and present their results.
